Great Facilities and Location! The facilities at this accommodation were top-notch and really enhanced my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy stay during my Christmas vacation. The common areas were also fantastic, with a spacious lounge and kitchen area where I could hang out with friends and cook our own meals. the location was superb, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby attractions to explore.
Overpriced and Lack of Customer Service. Unfortunately, I found the prices at this accommodation to be quite high for what was offered.

The facilities were great- modern and maintained well. A helpful map of the city, and recommendations for local food options at affordable prices at check-in were appreciated. the location offered easy access to public transportation, making it a breeze to explore the city.
The price was a bit steep for what was being offered. the staff at the front desk could have been more attentive and friendly.

The location of this accommodation is very convenient as it is within walking distance to downtown area, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. the rooms are well-maintained and the bathrooms are clean. the staff provides good service and is prompt in addressing any issues that may arise. the breakfast options are delicious and the view from some rooms is breathtaking.
The karaoke and casino facilities are not available on-site.
